On The Move Again

On the move again. A couple of our kids wanted to meet someplace warm for Memorial Day weekend. So, we are headed back to our apartment in Florida.

I got to the airport a little early. I have wanted to take this picture with President Ford for years. I had time. The weather was good. There was no one else around. So I went for it. (He was a lot bigger than I anticipated. Ha!)

It made me reminisce about arguing politics with my Grandmother in law. She had a physical dislike of Ford. I was an uninformed republican. The two of us never missed a chance the rib the other one about politics. Oh man, those really were the good old days.
