Route 66: Final Wrap Up

Final Wrap Up
Route $66,000 - Arizona & New Mexico

Bags are all unpacked. Laundry is almost all done. I am starting to pack for my business trip tomorrow. It has been a quiet day.

I’ve been promising some statistics. Here they are:

Biking
600 miles
24,000’ Climbed
43 Hours on the bike

Fundraising
$19,851

Day’s With Jeri in a traveling tiny home
17

That last one is for sure my favorite and the one I already long to do again. As my mother-in-law would have said “It was Awesome!”

Jeri discovered the song Comets while I was biking in the desert a couple weeks ago. It sure fits us. We do not know when we will hit the open road again, but we believe it is about more than that. It is about getting outside our routine and comfort zone. We all can do that everyday right where we are.

SHINE!
The Road Rider

PS Still have a little bit to go to hit my goal. You have to say that video and song is pretty compelling. Ha!
