The First 90 Days

I think I have read this book before, but it was so long ago I forgot most of it. A teammate was changing jobs and found it while we were discussing advantages and pitfalls of her new job. I am so glad we both got to read it.

I think this should be required reading before a manager even starts to look for a new staff member. And if someone is thinking of looking for a job, this is highly recommended. At least get the summary and cherry pick the chapters that seem most appropriate.
