Not in Michigan today!

We rode 11 miles. I ate a hotdog, chips, and 2 cookies. We rode another 11 miles. I think that will end up being roughly a zero-calorie gain or loss for the whole ride. But it was cool to see new views and hang out with Cole, Mallory, and of course Jeri.

I did sneak in a ride alone early this morning when the rest were getting coffee and shopping for dinner tonight. If I lived out here I bet I would get really good at climbing. I already love it and there are very few flat places. Someday I want to ride from Salt Lake City up to Park City. I looked it up last night. It would be 5,000’ of climbing. I just need to get the others to go get coffee and groceries for 4-5 hours. Then they could meet me for lunch up there. And of course give me a ride back down. Ha!

PS I do not actually like going down. Too fast, I get cold, and I cannot see anything. I already rarely look for the “roses”. Going fast does nothing for Jeri’s mission to get me to look around more. Ha!
