Thanksgiving - Treatment - Tight Wad

Found this shirt at a thrift shop 11 months ago for a dollar. Washed it and have been looking at it for a long time. Today just happened to be a treatment day and the week of Thanksgiving so clearly this was meant to be.

In reality, I am so thankful. The medicine, nurses, facilities, and doctors are fantastic. And I there are dozens behind the scenes who I never get to meet - researchers, administrators, lab technicians, and parking attendants. Wow! When I look at what I have, I know I am so fortunate.
