Finished: Laws of Leadership

I don’t know if I have read any of John Maxwell’s books before. And I cannot remember why I picked this one up. But I for sure liked it.

It would be easy to do a separate post on all 21 laws that he lists. My favorite, was #20 The Law of Explosive Growth. It was all about build leaders. He talked about developing individuals is fine and they are valuable. But if we develop leaders then you get this person plus all the others they bring with them. Then if they can build leaders it is a multiplying effect. Very cool.

I will likely read this one again. The next time maybe in a book club where we can discuss each chapter.
