Finished: The Illearth War

Book #2 in the trilogy is done. While I remembered big chunks of the first book from when I was a kid, I remembered none of this one. I thought for sure that I had read the full series back then, but maybe I only read the first book.

Either way, I read this one in only a couple months. Back in the good old days it would have only taken me a couple weeks. But today I get in 3-7 pages and am ready to go to sleep. Ha! I also used to read in the middle of the day. I almost never take the time to do that any more.

I do recommend this book and the series. I am already a couple dozen pages into book #3. They are a nice “get away” from the real world. AND if you want to think a little (which I rarely do) there are kernels of truth that applies to the real world today.
