THE ICE POD

I finally made the jump from the bath tub to THE ICE POD. For the last couple years I have been getting in my bath tub with a half a dozen freezer packs. The coldest I could get it was 54 degrees. This morning I got in the Ice Pod at 50 degrees. I stayed in for 10 minutes. It went well, but at about 6 minutes I took my hands out of the water. 3 hours later I was no longer cold. Ha! Hope this is as good for me as some say!
