The Sprout Book

Finished: The Sprout Book

This I assure you this was a page turner. Well, it was for me. I got into sprouts 18 months ago. We have done a wide variety and I have liked them all, but have not been able to move much beyond growing a batch or two a week.

I wanted some ways to incorporate a bit into cooking. This, however, was not the book. I need to read, or get, his cookbook. Ha! This was a great book that described all the different things one can sprout, the benefits of each seed, and a few ways to incorporate into daily living.

Now the trick is, Jeri and I need to find a way to stay home for more than a week at a time. I believe the sprout jars would be tough to put in a suitcase. Ha!

(Another option might be to find a way to mechanize the process. Most batches need to be rinsed and drained twice a day. AI is nice, but it cannot rinse my sprouts.)
