Cheers! to Boston

Jeri and I are headed home after a good trip to Boston. The primary purpose was to check in with Dr. Richardson at Dana Farber. Things went well. We made some minor tweaks to my current treatment and set up re-staging for the end of February 2024. We met the famous Dr. Anderson—the “father” of all the current Myeloma treatment in most of the world. I resisted asking for a selfie with him, but it was tough.

While in Boston we had time for a little bit of tourist stuff, so we walked to Cheers, took a few pictures, had a nice 98% vegan lunch, and bought a t-shirt. One of these days things will work out and we will get to see the USS Constitution. For this trip, seeing Norm will have to do.

Also, I discovered a fantastic vegan dish at PF Chang’s last night: Ma Po Tofu. It is a little spicy but not bad. It is now my go to for this restaurant. (I might even stop and get it again on my way home from the airport. Ha!)
